Warranty Returns, and Refunds policy:
All Returns:
Please retain evidence of proof of purchase from KS Models. Without this KS Models is not obliged to accept any returns, nor offer any refund, replacement, or repair.
If you have ordered Specially Ordered, Commissioned, Personalised, or Custom-Made items, your right to return may be subject to limitation.
If for whatever reason you wish to return an item to us, you must first contact us by one of the following methods:

We will then define the action to be taken. Returns are not accepted without you first gaining agreement from us to return the item/s. You must notify us within 14 days of your order being delivered to you, of your wish to return the item/s.
You will need to pay all postage and packing costs when returning item/s to us. Please reference our shipping policy for loss or damage caused by the shipping company.
Please enclose the following information with the package of the item/s being returned:
After 30 days and for any other returns please contact us to confirm the return arrangements, as some manufacturers prefer to resolve any issues with you directly.

Warranty Returns:

Work undertaken to rectify issues caused by customers is not covered by warranty and will therefore incur charges for repair, parts, and shipping, where applicable.
The manufacturer's warranty covers you for manufacturing faults or defects. Accidental or mishandling damage is not covered by warranty, and models showing evidence of this will not be accepted for cancellation or refund.
If the fault or repair or parts required are determined by the manufacturer-appointed representatives not to be covered by manufacturer warranty terms, and to be a chargeable repair, we will contact you to agree on the work to be carried out.
KS Models is not responsible for manufacture defects or faults, or customer negligence.
In cases where the supplier to us, or the manufacturer, charges shipping fees for the return of items, the customer is responsible for paying those fees. We also strongly recommend using sufficient packaging to reduce the risk of further damage in transit.
In cases where the returned item is sent to KS Models, rather than directly to the supplier or manufacturer, and found not to be faulty or needing any remedial attention, the customer is liable for shipping costs back to them. Refunds for any costs incurred by the customer will not be considered.
In cases where the returned item is sent to KS Models, rather than directly to the supplier or manufacturer, we must receive the item within 14 days of your order being delivered to you, in the same condition as the reason for which it is being returned, and ideally in its original packaging.
KS Models is not liable for any further loss or damage in transit during the return of item/s, and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow this up with the shipping company used.
Refunds:
If any refund is due, we will action this within 14 days of receipt of the returned item/s. Any delays in refunds reaching the customer beyond this timeframe will be the responsibility of the customer and their chosen banking facility. Shipping and administration fees are not refundable. For purchases made by payment card, all refunds will be made to the payment card used to purchase the item/s. Cash purchases will be refunded in cash.
